Can I receive a VAT (exempted) invoice?

The prices on our website are always inclusive of VAT. The shopping cart and the checkout process are also including VAT. Only when you are ordering for a company and you enter an address in a country other than the Netherlands during checkout, and enter a valid VAT number, the VAT will be set to 0% in the checkout screen. We always check after receiving your order whether the data is valid. If not, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount.

Each invoice from our systems will then show the inclusive VAT amounts, and at the bottom of the invoice it will be visible exactly how much VAT has been applied.
