Our goal is that we have everything we offer in stock and we ship the same day when possible.

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped the same day if paid before 10:30 PM on Sunday to Friday. We usually use DHL to ship these orders. Within the Netherlands, orders usually arrive at the addressee the next day. At the moment, sometimes a little more time is needed for Belgium, 1-3 days, but often the next day.

Our orders with a delivery address in Germany are also usually shipped with DHL. The average delivery time for this is 1-3 days.

For the other countries, orders are shipped the same day if they are placed and paid for before 2 p.m. Most orders outside the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium will be shipped with Deutsche Post (local postal service). Average delivery time to most countries is 3 days to approximately 1 week. For countries that are further away, this delivery time may increase.

All our orders are shipped with Track and Trace. You will always receive a link by email. After placing your order you will receive a track and trace email if your order has been packed, in which you will see when your package will be offered. Depending on the carrier, you can choose a different delivery time or pick-up point.
