PowerBars

A PowerBar is a much used instrument at the (physio) therapist practice to treat specific Carpal Tunnel Syndrom related complaints. These kind of complaints often come from the execution of repetitive movements from a static posture.

With its ribbed exterior they deliver a comfortable grip, and by using natural rubber they are eco-friendly as well. The set consists of three different colors, each representing a different stiffness: red stands for the most impactful exercise and weighs 350 grams, the green version delivers a moderately strenuous exercise and comes at 310 grams, while the yellow PowerBar is the least strenuous of them all weighing 280 grams.

By grabbing the PowerBar with both hands, side by side, and make a wringing or twisting movement, you effectively train any problem area of your complaints.
